Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coach and guide the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the progress of the team.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and continuously improves their delivery process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Agile tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or Trello, is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
