About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative R&D team developing innovative reagents and workflows for NGS. This is a hands‑on laboratory position where you’ll design and run experiments, analyse data, and help drive improvements in product performance and robustness.

What You’ll Do

• Perform molecular biology experiments to support NGS reagent research and development

• Prepare and optimise DNA libraries, enzymes, and buffer systems

• Troubleshoot assays and contribute to iterative workflow improvements

• Maintain accurate experimental records and contribute to technical documentation

• Work closely with scientists across the whole company

• Present experimental findings to project teams
