.
Role Description
of advanced data-driven clinical development projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will operate at the intersection of project leadership, quantitative analysis, and scientific interpretation, ensuring that all project outputs are of top quality, methodologically sound and clinically meaningful.
Together with the commercial team, you will assess the clients’ needs and translate them into a successful project, leveraging volumetric, radiomic, advance statistics and modelling to deliver actionable insights.

Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects:
Act as the first point of contact towards the client in the project execution phase
Translate the client’s needs into a project plan (scope definition, resources assessment, timeline estimation, risks and mitigation strategies)
Align and coordinate the internal teams to execute the project according to the defined plan
Design, with the Medical, R&D and commercial teams, the statistical analyses and modelling plan and lead its implementation maximizing the value for the client.
Develop reusable code to analyze quality control results, and adapt or integrate existing tools or analysis to meet client needs; working independently or in collaboration with R&D and Project Management teams.
Drive the correct interpretation of the project results, together with the technical and medical teams
Communicate complex methods and results in a clear, structured, and actionable way
Ensure methodological rigor, validation, and reproducibility of all project work.
Provide support for the success of the commercial activities
Support pre-sales by interacting with clients and contributing to feasible, scientifically sound proposals
Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional analyses or insights
Be an active contributor to continuous improvement of tools and processes
You hold a technical or life sciences degree (e.g. engineering, data science, physics, biomedical sciences, or similar). A PhD degree will be considered an asset
You have at least 5 years of professional experience, with proven experience in project management– experience in pharma or biotech environments is considered an asset
You have a working understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PMP, Agile)
You are proficient in Python and comfortable working in data-centric environments.
You are familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git) and understand best practices for reproducible and collaborative development
You have a strong foundation in statistics and/or medical imaging, with the ability to critically assess analytical approaches and results.
You are interested in digital healthcare and are willing to have a strong impact on cancer treatment by helping pharma companies and clinical professionals in their drug development and decision making
You can translate complex analytical or technical topics into clear, concise insights for different audiences
You demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and motivate multidisciplinary teams
You combine a hands-on, pragmatic mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a strategic overview
You are a passionate, proactive, curious and fast learner, comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) – French and other languages are considered an asset
