Position Summary
InNovo Partners is an engineering, planning and technology firm in the Central Florida area and we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team! The Mid-Level Scheduler will support the Senior Scheduler in the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules across multiple civil engineering projects. This role is responsible for assisting with schedule updates, database maintenance, baselining, and coordination activities using Primavera P6, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project controls standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of project scheduling fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in either the civil engineering or construction industry and have at least 3-5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Project Support
- Attend and participate in Production Meetings.
- Assist with updating, maintaining, and managing the Primavera P6 project database.
- Support the Monumentation Program and related scheduling activities.
- Assist with baselining new projects and maintaining baseline integrity.
- Develop, update, and maintain schedules for:
- Bridge Repair projects
- Planning projects
- Abbreviated LAP schedules and full-detail LAP schedules
- Non-ROW project activities mapping
Schedule Maintenance & Activity Management
- Add, update, and maintain:
- Construction activities
- LFA activities
- Specific Purpose Survey activities
- OA project-specific activities
- Update Utility Technical Manager (UTM) information as required.
- Add, update, and maintain schedule coding to ensure consistency and accurate reporting.
Reporting & Quality Control
- Perform quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) reviews of schedules and data.
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and distributing schedule reports.
- Provide other production-related scheduling and project controls support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
General Knowledge
- General understanding of project management fundamentals, including Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Very strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Certifications
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $27.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
