At IRIS Technology Solutions , a leading company in industrial technological solutions, we are looking for a Service Technician to be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our measurement equipment worldwide.

You will be part of a young and dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn, and multidisciplinary person.

We are seeking a higher FP graduate or students of a scientific or engineering degree , who are able to combine their studies with full-time job availability.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out the installation of measurement equipment at end-customer facilities, including research laboratories and industrial process lines, in sectors such as recycling, pharmaceuticals, and food.
Perform installations in national and international environments.
Carry out preventive maintenance and adjustments at customer facilities.
Repair equipment for both customers and IRIS.
Participate in sample acquisition for model development.
Assemble equipment at our facilities.

Requirements:

Living in the Barcelona area.
English; other languages are valued.
Technical education: Higher FP studies or Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or related degrees. Completion of studies is not mandatory.
100% availability for installations and availability to travel nationally and internationally according to project needs.
Hands-on assembly ability : mechanical, installation, and assembly skills.

Valued/Preferred:

Good computer skills.
Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
Experience in assembling electrical cabinets and wiring components.
Skills in installing and commissioning industrial machinery.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety regulations.
Mechanical assembly experience.
Laboratory knowledge.
