Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Testing Architect to lead the design and execution of an enterprise testing strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation within a global manufacturing organization. This role focuses on architecting end-to-end testing and performance strategies, partnering with functional business leaders, and ensuring readiness for go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise test strategy across system, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.

• Design a risk-based testing framework prioritizing critical end-to-end business processes.

• Establish testing phases, checkpoints, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics.

• Partner with functional leaders to translate business processes into testable scenarios.

• Provide architectural oversight for ALM, UFT One (UTF-1), and LoadRunner.

• Define and validate performance testing scenarios aligned to real-world production loads.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and recommend future-state testing models.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of enterprise testing leadership or test architecture experience.

• Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation testing experience.

• Experience working with functional business leaders.

• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with OpenText/Micro Focus ALM, UFT One, and LoadRunner.
