About the Role:

As a  SAP Administrator , you will support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules, while working closely with senior consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders.

You’ll assist with issue resolution, user support, small enhancements, and finance process improvements across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and reporting. You will also have opportunities to work on SAP integrations, automated workflows, and modernisation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Support & Administration

• Provide day-to-day support for users (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cost Centre/Profit Centre).
• Assist with configuration updates, master data maintenance, and minor enhancements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues, including transactional errors and month-end queries.
• Support testing activities for system changes, patches, and releases.

System Operations & Technical Tasks

• Maintain user roles, authorisations, and access controls within SAP.
• Support integration points with other modules (MM, SD, HR) and external systems.
• Assist in documenting processes, configuration notes, and knowledge-base articles.
• Work with senior consultants to analyse financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Delivery, Reporting & Finance Support

• Support finance teams during month-end and year-end activities.
• Assist with SAP reports, queries, audit requirements, and data validations.
• Provide clear, professional communication to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential

• 1–3 years experience with  SAP (support, admin, or configuration).
• Understanding of key finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FA, Costing).
• Experience with FICO master data maintenance and basic configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP navigation, roles/authorisations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with finance users and translate issues into technical requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Understanding of FICO integration with MM, SD, or HR modules.
• Experience with automation tools, workflow engines, or integration platforms.
• Interest in AI-enabled finance transformation.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
