Company Description
Nebesta integrates AI-driven automation into customer service workflows to optimise operational efficiency and business readiness.
Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Salesforce Integration Developer. Your primary mission is to integrate Nebesta’s AI solution into our customers' Salesforce environments. You will build and manage webhooks to ingest message data, integrate with existing Apex code to automate ticket assignment and responses, and leverage custom tools already established within the client's Salesforce instance.
While the role is remote, it requires occasional on-site visits to our clients.
Bonus points if you’re comfortable chipping in on Python backend development—it’s a definite plus for our team!
Key Responsibilities
System Integration: Develop and maintain platform event, pub/sub and REST APIs to facilitate real-time data flow between Nebesta and Salesforce.
Workflow Automation: Integrate AI-generated outputs with existing client code to automate ticket routing, status updates, and automated answering.
Custom Development: Utilise and enhance existing Salesforce tools, including Flow, to ensure a seamless user experience for support agents.
Client Collaboration: Conduct on-site discovery and implementation sessions to ensure the solution aligns with the client’s specific Salesforce architecture.
Qualifications
Salesforce Integration Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), flow, platform event, and Apex triggers/controllers.
Development Skills: Proficiency in modern Salesforce development patterns.
Python Knowledge: Experience with Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) is a significant advantage.
Technical Problem Solving: Ability to read and adapt existing, complex codebases within a client's Salesforce environment.
