We are seeking a skilled and dynamic
Salesforce Developer
to design, build, and implement scalable solutions supporting
Sales, Service, Customer Experience, and Go-To-Market processes
. This role involves working across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-performance applications that enhance customer engagement and business efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
.
Configure and extend
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
features, including case management, CTI integration, knowledge base, sales processes, and GTM applications.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using
REST APIs, platform events, and middleware tools
(e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, SnapLogic).
Implement Salesforce DX and DevOps practices, leveraging
Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins
, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user training to support adoption and scalability.
Participate in change management and release management processes.
