Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst – CPQ
Work Location: NYC/Remote (Candidate from East Coast is preferred)
6+ Months contract
Citizen and Green Card only (No H1B/H4)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CPQ experience to gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimize sales processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions
Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
Configure and support Salesforce CPQ features including pricing, product rules, bundles, and approvals
Improve quote-to-cash processes and ensure alignment with business goals
Support UAT, deployments, and post-implementation enhancements

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, quoting, contracts)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related integrations
Experience in requirement documentation, user stories, and process mapping
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce CPQ certification
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
