About The Role
Lumify Learn delivers in-demand IT training and certifications that get students job-ready. With Australia needing 300,000 more tech workers by 2030 (ACS), we’re on a mission to help close this gap, one student at a time.
We’re looking for an energetic and inspiring Sales Leader to take the reins of our national sales force of Course Advisors.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive high performance within the sales team, build the sales culture and align with company values, and champion innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 phone-based sales professionals across Australia
- Achieve annual revenue targets, and support high growth aspirations of the business
- Work with Course Advisors 1on1 to coach and motivate
- Execute sales strategies to maintain lead conversion rates
- Assist with pipeline management, forecasting and sales budget management
- Introduce and execute campaigns that lift conversion rates and pipeline performance
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of leading high performing sales teams, with demonstrated success of achieving budgets
- An enthusiastic leader that can motivate others to perform at their best
- Knowledge of the Education & Training industry is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge and experience with advanced sales coaching. Emotive and NLP Frameworks highly regarded
- Behaviour-based sales performance management
