Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position, located in Agra. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, identifying potential clients, and nurturing customer relationships to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, executing and managing sales strategies, and participating in training sessions to improve performance. The role also involves collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, with the capability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience with conducting and participating in Training sessions to enhance team performance.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
