About the Role

We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Bogotá team. You’ll play a key role in connecting clients with personalized stem cell treatment options, guiding them through every step of their health journey. This role requires confidence, empathy, and the ability to close deals with professionalism and integrity.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage potential clients interested in regenerative and stem cell therapies.
Build genuine relationships through personalized, knowledgeable consultations.
Manage the entire sales process — from first contact to closing — with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to provide seamless client experiences.
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate client records and track progress in CRM tools.
Stay informed on treatment trends, medical advances, and industry competitors.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in sales, ideally within healthcare, medical services, or biotech.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English .
Client-focused mindset — professional, empathetic, and persuasive.
Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Motivated self-starter who works well independently and in team settings.
Based in Bogotá, D.C., with availability for occasional travel.
