The Role
This is a high-impact, "boots-on-the-ground" sales position. Your primary goal is to build strategic relationships with school owners, principals, and ICT coordinators to integrate our premium digital learning solutions and specialized curricula into their academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to decision-makers in K-12 schools.
Direct Sales: Conduct on-site school visits, deliver persuasive product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to classroom implementation.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for educational software subscriptions and training packages.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
The "Hunter" Mentality: You are comfortable with cold outreach, following up on leads, and navigating complex institutional hierarchies to reach decision-makers.
Excellent Presentation Skills: You can confidently present to a board of directors or a room of ICT teachers.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oman/GCC private school landscape is highly preferred.
Language: Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a major advantage.
