What You're Applying for
Triple Whale is looking for a Sales Solutions Engineer (SSE) to own the full spectrum of technical customer engagement - from pre-sales discovery and solution design through to post-sale implementation. This is a high-impact, hybrid role for a customer-focused technologist who’s equally comfortable partnering with sales and rolling up their sleeves on technical delivery.
You’ll act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives to drive value-led conversations, validate customer requirements, and design tailored solutions using Triple Whale’s data platform. Once a deal is closed, you’ll lead customers through onboarding and hands-on implementation of our APIs, pixels, and server-side tracking.
