We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a mid-level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, driving customer acquisition, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will serve as the first point of contact and will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include researching and contacting potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce them to our scheduled product demos. You will also work closely with the IT manager and company founder to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
Identify and approach potential customers to buy healthcare and other product items.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Promote products through B2B marketing, online marketing, fieldwork, etc.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and customer retention.
Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve service delivery.
Market Research:
Operational Duties:
Assist customers in opening accounts and completing online sales on the E-commerce platform.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
Minimum of a high school diploma (BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
Strong networking abilities.
Computer literacy, especially in the use of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proficient in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Exceptional communication skills.
