Job Description We are looking for a Sales Operations TM (Transaction Management), Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Fremont, California. This role is ideal for someone early to mid in their career who is highly detail-oriented, interested in business sales operations, business and data analytics, reporting metrics, and eager to learn how our quote-to-cash processes work.
The primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of our sales orders in our system of record NetSuite ERP and future Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring high data quality and compliance across the system. The role plays a critical part in supporting Sales, Operations, and Finance by maintaining reliable transactional data used for project execution and delivery, revenue recognition, billing, proper record-creation, dashboards, reporting and audits.
Over time, this position offers the opportunity to grow into reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives, with increasing exposure to Power BI and data-driven decision support.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$95,000.00. (Applicable to California)
