We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager
to help scale and refine our sales infrastructure, processes, and tools. This role plays a vital part in supporting our sales organization through insightful analysis, efficient workflows, and well-structured planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both systems and strategy, and brings a thoughtful, forward-leaning approach to supporting sales execution.
This role requires the ability to work in our Tysons, VA office 5 days/week.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to streamline sales processes and support scalable growth
Highly analytical with a strong understanding of sales KPIs and data-driven decision-making
Experience in a B2B sales environment (preferred)
