Act as a key member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of the Longtail Renewals (GSSO team).
Generate detailed performance reports, analyzing data across geographies, services teams, and projects to identify trends and improvement areas.
Maintain and oversee daily reports within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy for the Longtail Renewal Business.
Extract and analyze data from SFDC on a monthly/quarterly basis, performing data consolidation, formatting, validation, reporting, and in-depth analysis.
Identify trends, patterns, and underlying issues from data insights to propose remediation strategies.
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for operational success.
Prepare and present accurate dashboards and reports, enabling effective decision-making for leadership.
Evaluate opportunities in Salesforce, collaborating with GSSO managers to ensure data accuracy and timely forecasts.
Engage with cross-functional project teams, collaborating effectively under minimal supervision.

Review current standards and methodologies, recommending improvements to reporting structures.

5-10 years of experience in Sales Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, AOP, Forecasting.
Proven business experience, preferably in MIS Reporting & Sales Business Analytics.
Ability to excel in a high-paced, team-oriented setting.
Experience in computer networking technologies (preferred).
