Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Director to support our sales and marketing team in various initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Good command of English; proficiency in Vietnamese is highly preferred.
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the automation or security industry.
Basic understanding of Building Automation, Access Control, Video Analytics, and IoT solutions is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DeltaFrontier Vietnam Co., Ltd

Support the achievement of business objectives through proactive inside sales and marketing activities targeting the Vietnam market.

Assist in identifying and generating leads by cold calling potential clients and leveraging existing networks and contacts.

Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct research to understand the Vietnam market landscape, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Support the organization of discovery sessions, product presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients, under supervision.

Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships.

Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, promotional events, and other activities to increase brand awareness.

Support the digital marketing efforts by helping to develop content, manage social media platforms, and execute online campaigns.

Work with the team to gather customer feedback and share insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and marketing campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends relevant to Building Automation, Access Control, Video Analytics, and related technologies.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of the Vietnam market landscape and local regulations will be beneficial.
