Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The role includes preparing sales proposals, conducting product presentations, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Knowledge of industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing processes
- Strong ability in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Building
- Excellent skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Team Collaboration
- Ability to manage Sales Pipelines and meet sales targets consistently
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is preferred
