Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and driving revenue growth and be responsible for existing customer account management, and customer satisfaction, as well as working with our sales channel to expand our business in all areas for assigned geographic territory (Mainly Mexico and South America). Responsible for executing Rep training and management in territory, preparation of sales materials, and execution of the Company’s sales process to close new orders.

Demonstrates, promotes and sells products/services using strong product and application knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within the region.
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Provide attention and/or follow-up to the requests of current or potential customers, either remotely or at locations designated by them, whether within national territory or abroad, according to the assigned region.
Management and Training of Sales Representatives including monthly forecasts and strategy
Management of all current customers in assigned territory for customer satisfaction.
Coordination of Evaluations, Demos, and open issue resolution
Orders Machines from HQ and order entry process execution
Communication with Headquarters
Develop new customer accounts
Work closely with cross function teams (Sales Admin, Logistics, TS, R&D, HQ in South Korea) to ensure sales and customer satisfaction.
Attends National and International Trade Shows
Performs other related duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or equivalent professional background.
At least 3 years in a managerial role with proven leadership responsibilities.
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and Surface Mount Technology (SMT). Strongly preferred: expertise in automated optical inspection systems, PCB assembly, and/or AI applications.
Knowledge of the SMT market and industry trends.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, networking, and negotiation abilities.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must possess outstanding interpersonal abilities, with an extroverted personality capable of initiating and sustaining customer and prospect relationships, while also communicating effectively with senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong administrative, project management, and teamwork skills.
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints, and capable of meeting challenging goals and deadlines.
Proven ability to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), project management tools such as Planner, and Power Apps (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
