We are now looking for a highly motivated  Sales Manager  to lead our sales operations and help scale our client base.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and managing the complete sales pipeline. You will act as the key driver behind revenue growth and help position Digital Diraction as a top-tier digital marketing partner.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
• Pitch and sell services including content creation, performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads), website development, SEO, and social media management.
• Conduct client discovery calls, presentations, proposal development, and closing negotiations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client goals and propose tailored marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, SEO, performance) to prepare accurate proposals.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

• Create and implement sales strategies to expand Digital Diraction’s market presence.
• Maintain CRM updates and track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience selling  digital marketing or creative agency services .
• Strong understanding of content, social media, paid ads, SEO, and web development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• 2–5 years of experience in agency sales.
• Existing network of warm leads or industry contacts.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and digital marketing metrics.
