ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Manager , you will own strategic customer accounts and drive long-term revenue growth within the semiconductor industry.

This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge business strategy, customer needs, and technical teams .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and grow key customer accounts across the semiconductor value chain
• Lead high-value, long-cycle sales deals and revenue planning
• Build long-term partnerships with customer stakeholders (engineering, procurement, management)
• Coordinate closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver aligned solutions
• Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract terms.
• Track market trends and provide strategic insights to management

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in sales / account management / business development within semiconductor, electronics, or deep-tech industries
• Proven track record with complex, high-value, long-cycle deals
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem (SoC, design flow, foundry, packaging, testing is a plus)
• Strategic mindset, strong ownership, and senior-level communication skills
• Engineering background or solid technical exposure is a strong advantage
