Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed regional sales targets aligned with company objectives
Drive business development across dams, tunnels, hydro projects, reservoirs, and allied infrastructure sectors
Manage The Complete Sales Lifecycle Lead generation
Opportunity qualification

Techno-commercial proposal preparation
Negotiation and closure
Revenue realization
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for tenders, government projects, and strategic accounts
Handle Tendering Processes Across Government
PSUs
Semi-Government
Private EPC organizations
Coordinate Closely With Operations For Project execution
Client communication
Payment follow-ups
Post-sales relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hydro and infrastructure ecosystem
Represent EyeROV at industry forums, trade events, and infrastructure conferences
Skills & Competencies Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
Active listener with strong stakeholder engagement capability

Fluent in English and Hindi
Experience Required 5–10 years of relevant sales experience
Proven B2B technical sales background
Prior sales exposure in the Dams / Hydro / Infrastructure sector Experience In Handling PSU / Government Sales Cycles Preferred Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
Prior Experience In Technical Solution Sales Is Essential Added Advantage Experience in hydrography or ROV services
Prior exposure to underwater inspection technologies or robotics solutions
Existing network within the hydro and water infrastructure ecosystem
