What you bring to the team:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• You bring at least 3–5 years of experience in software sales and business development, ideally in the areas of UAVs, AI, software-defined defense, and military procurement. Experience with national and international public procurement processes is highly desirable.
• You possess a solid understanding of military software systems, IT, and digital management structures, particularly software- and AI-based solutions.
• You have a proven track record in sales and business development.
• You are an excellent negotiator with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You can confidently navigate complex procurement and regulatory processes.
• You have experience in project management, proposal development, and contract management for software solutions.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
