About the Role
At Artiwise, we empower companies to achieve sustainable customer satisfaction with Artificial Intelligence.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with enterprise clients across various industries.
You will manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing — and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer management teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
This is a high-impact role for an ambitious professional who is passionate about technology and eager to bring AI-driven customer experience transformation to leading organizations in Turkey and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new B2B business acquisition and manage relationships with existing enterprise clients
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to contract signing
Coordinate POC (Proof of Concept) and demo processes in collaboration with technical teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline and reporting
Represent Artiwise at industry events and conferences
Work closely with marketing, technology and customer management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology and SaaS industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments
Experience with Customer Experience (CX), analytics, or AI-based platforms is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships at senior levels
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
