The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth for VECROS’ drone solutions. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and product demonstrations to negotiations and deal closure.
You will work closely with marketing and product teams to convert qualified leads into long-term enterprise customers while building a predictable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with 3–6 months visibility.
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Develop outbound strategies targeting logistics, warehouses, manufacturing units, infrastructure companies, and industrial enterprises.
2️⃣ Enterprise Sales Execution
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations showcasing VECROS’ autonomous drone capabilities.
- Understand client operational challenges and position drone solutions with clear ROI (efficiency, safety, automation, cost optimization).
- Manage complete enterprise sales cycles including stakeholder engagement (Operations Heads, Plant Managers, CXOs).
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) discussions and conversion strategy.
- Negotiate commercials, pricing structures, and service agreements.
3️⃣ Strategic Account Development
- Develop customized proposals based on industry use cases.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback to support product and go-to-market improvements.
4️⃣ Reporting & Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
- Forecast revenue and participate in monthly review meetings.
- Track metrics such as win rate, deal size, sales cycle length, and conversion ratios.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product-based B2B sales (preferably in tech, SaaS, hardware, robotics, automation, or industrial solutions).
- Experience handling enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
- Knowledge or strong interest in drones, robotics, AI, or automation is preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
