About the role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales professional to develop and grow AxxonSoft business in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our partner network, driving new projects, and increasing revenue in the region.
Depending on experience, the role may evolve into a Sales Lead or Country Sales role responsible for building and managing the local sales presence.
Key responsibilities
· Drive business development and increase AxxonSoft sales in Brazil
· Develop relationships with new system integrators, distributors, and key customers
· Identify and develop new project opportunities
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
· Support partners in positioning AxxonSoft solutions in projects
· Work closely with pre-sales, technical and marketing teams
· Represent AxxonSoft in meetings, industry events, and partner activities
Requirements
· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in video surveillance, security technology, or IT solutions
· Strong understanding of the Brazilian market
· Existing network of partners or customers in the security / technology sector is a strong advantage
· Ability to work independently and drive market growth
· English – basic
Based in Brazil (preferably Brasília or São Paulo)
