About the Role

RagaAI builds production-grade AI-Agent Suites purpose-built for healthcare powering workflows in Healthcare Specialties in the USA. This is a part-time role where you will directly be working with the sales team on the front lines of bringing this technology to the organizations that need it most.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, identify and qualify enterprise healthcare leads from our ICP through outbound outreach and research.
• Support account executives through the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to demo scheduling and proposal follow-up.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy; track outreach cadences and conversion metrics.
• Help craft tailored outreach and pitch materials that speak the language of clinical and IT decision-makers in healthcare.
• Join discovery calls and product demos to observe enterprise sales motion firsthand.

Must-Haves

• Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Business, Health Administration, Marketing, or a related field looking for exciting work.
• Exceptional communication skills. You can explain a complex AI concept to a doctor without making their eyes glaze over.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its role in transforming healthcare

Nice to Haves (you’ll stand out)

• Prior sales or business development intern experience in Healthcare SaaS or any B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHRs, medical workflows, revenue cycle, or clinical operations.
• Experience with SaaS tools or platforms, especially CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience navigating long B2B sales cycles or selling into regulated, compliance-sensitive industries.
