We are now looking for a dynamic to lead our business development and client engagement efforts across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities in aerospace, defense, and industrial composites sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and government agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to align sales strategies with delivery capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to drive business intelligence.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums.
• Generate periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans for management review.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in Engineering / Business Management (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial / aerospace / defense sector sales .
• Strong network and experience in dealing with defense and government procurement will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Profile:
• Ex-Army / Ex-Defense Officers with strong understanding of defense procurement systems, vendor development, and liaisoning experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with strategic business acumen and ability to manage high-value B2B relationships will be preferred.
