We are looking for an independent and results-oriented senior individual to join our team as a Sales & Growth Manager EU to help develop business relationships and acquire new customers mainly in the DACH region, but also in the rest of EU.

Your responsibilities
- Drive and execute sales and business development strategies across the DACH region and broader EU markets.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers and strategic partners.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from discovery and qualification to proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities and shape go-to-market tactics.
Our requirements
- Good understanding of technology and market trends in the IT sector, along with the ability to translate them into specific business needs.
- Proven track record of 5-15 years in sales and business development, preferably in tech-driven environments.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Experience working with target account lists and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business empathy skills.
