About the Role :
This is a critical role instrumental to driving new customer acquisitions and existing customer delight and retention. This role is responsible for developing and executing structured processes, tools and strategies for identifying, acquiring and retaining target customers while optimizing team resources. This role will be part of the founding team and will offer a tremendous career experience spanning sales, customer service, product & tech.
About the Candidate :
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and will contribute as an individual contributor as well as a leader building a high performing BD organization. Prior track record of successful sales closures & experience with B2B Sales , Product Sales, Hospitality or AlcoBev Industry is preferred.

New Customer Acquisition : (KRA : Growth in # of Clients, Market Recognition)
Own the BD and sales motion end to end—hunt for new customers, run high-energy product demos (in person and virtual), tailor solutions to real customer pain points, and close long-term contracts.
Drive strong conversion metrics by moving fast and keeping deals tight—from first touch to signed agreement.
Build and execute low cost, high-impact sales and marketing outreach to consistently generate qualified leads.
Help shape and execute scalable distribution channels as we grow.
Stay obsessively close to the market—customers, potential competitors, and trends—to ensure kristalball stays ahead and continues to defines the category.
Account Management : (KRA : Client Retention & Satisfaction, Product Adoption)
Own post-sale execution end to end, ensuring successful kristalball deployment, pre onboarding, onboarding, training, and maintenance with 100% go-live completion within agreed timelines.
Deliver high-quality customer experience by maintaining 100 % client retention, CSAT/NPS targets as defined, and SLA-based issue resolution (critical issues resolved within defined hours, non-critical within defined days), supported by proactive feedback loops.
Track, analyze, and report client performance metrics; deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews on schedule, demonstrating measurable improvements in client KPIs
Analyze client usage data to identify patterns and insights that feed into product roadmap decisions and AI initiatives, with documented inputs per quarter.
Lead and sign off on 100% UAT completion prior to client releases, partnering with the tech team to continuously improve product quality.
Drive product adoption by achieving defined feature usage benchmarks across key stakeholders within each client account.
Lead the development of internal productivity tools to improve BD and Account Management efficiency, delivering measurable reductions in turnaround time and manual effort.
Marketing & Communication: (KRA : Customer Acquisition, Retention & Brand relevance)
Build and deliver high-impact marketing assets across decks, data-driven stories, videos, website, and social channels, contributing to an increase in qualified inbound leads and consistent top-of-funnel growth.
Own product demo storytelling and readiness end to end—maintain 100% up-to-date demo assets and user manuals, and design scalable onboarding and training experiences that achieve faster time-to-value and customer activation within agreed timelines.
Plan and execute a focused, rolling marketing calendar aligned to sales priorities, delivering agreed lead-generation campaigns per quarter and supporting pipeline creation targets.
Drive customer delight across all interactions—verbal, written, and visual—maintaining CSAT/NPS benchmarks and contributing to 100% renewal and expansion influence.
Plan, execute, and communicate on acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced revenue meets defined targets.
