About the Role
We’re hiring our first Sales Executive in Finland — someone who loves outbound, thrives on creating conversations, and closes deals with confidence.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where your work directly drives Sera’s market expansion. You will be the face of Sera in Finland, working closely with the founders to establish and scale our Finnish sales motion.
Your mandate is simple:
👉 Cold call SMEs → Book demos → Close deals. Short sales cycles (0–14 days, up to 30 max) mean high momentum and strong earning potential.
