Job Purpose
As a Sales Executive, you will have a significant impact and help shape the success of our business. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales for new customers and accounts across designated products and services. The Sales Executive will be expected to drive our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and successfully converting them into sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies, and be capable of presenting our solutions to potential clients. You will work with the clear objective of growing sales and influencing both customer relationships and activity.
Responsibilities
Driving Sale / Business Growth:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Lead Generation and Management:
Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to ensure a steady flow of potential business.
Cold Calling and Client Visits:
Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
Schedule and conduct client visits to present the product portfolio, demonstrating the value and benefits of the company’s offerings.
Managing Key Accounts:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and understand key accounts’ business needs and objectives, working closely with them to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly convey the uniqueness and advantages of the company’s product portfolio.
Utilize deep product knowledge and understanding of industry trends to address clients' questions and concerns effectively.
Closing Deals:
Lead negotiation processes to close deals at favorable terms that maximize profit for the company.
Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are drafted accurately and financial transactions are completed smoothly.
Client Relationship Development:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further sales and collaboration.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the Sale & Marketing Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies and to create marketing materials and sales collateral.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast sales, measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, and adjust as necessary to achieve targets.
Self-Development and knowledge commitment:
Actively engage in continuous self-development initiatives, including attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences, to enhance knowledge and skills pertinent to the role, and demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
Year-on-Year Growth:
Achieve ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve sustained year-on-year growth.
Regularly adopt and adjust to set sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and to capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum three to seven years of success in B2B Technology or IT Services sectors.
Ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals aggressively.
Passionate about our technology and hungry for success.
Strong understanding of IoT, AI solutions, and digital transformation concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills..
Self-motivated with the drive to perform in a fast paced sales environment
Technically minded with a moderate understanding of IP networking that will enable product understanding
A relationship builder capable of building, maintaining and expanding new sales relationships.
Willingness to travel to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills is a must
