About the Role
Job Title: Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- GTM Technical Expert: Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product, offering technical solutions to customer needs and answering technical questions.
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM functions and improve Agents through customer-driven product development.
- Lead & Support Customers: Engage with future customers to understand and anticipate their needs, ensuring the success of our AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
- Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers in the GTM function.
- Proven relationship-building skills with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect specific business problems to Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI-related experience or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry.
- Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
