Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales, product, and engineering departments, ensuring seamless technical demonstrations and a deep understanding of our processes compared to our competitors. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

What You'll Do

• Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
• System Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Sales Support: Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services.

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Relevant experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex product details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a knack for building lasting relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs
