• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our product and services to existing and potential clients
• Analyze software needs and requirements with clients and the development team
• Ensure that product delivery is completed on time and according to expectations
• Provide clients with technical and product-engineering information, answering their questions and requests
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide support when needed
• Research, enhance, and adapt the product to meet clients’ technical needs
• Train other members of the commercial team on technical aspects of the product
• Gather client feedback and analyze improvements for marketing and sales strategies
