The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer based in Yokohama to lead market expansion in Japan. This role is key to driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships, and expanding Brightlaser's presence in the Japanese optoelectronics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Japan market across sensing, telecom, industrial, and related sectors.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Manage and support local distributors.
• Promote Brightlaser products and represent the company at industry events.
• Support local operations and coordinate with global teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in optoelectronics, semiconductor, or laser industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Japanese optoelectronics market.
• Established industry network in Japan.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
