What you'll actually be doing
Closing enterprise deals. Not managing pipelines. Not "supporting" the sales process. Owning it from first contact to signed contract.
Alongside a strong reseller network, we're now building a direct sales channel. You're the one building it. In 2026 that means one thing: close deals. Once that's running, you'll help scale the team.

Hunter mentality. You go find the deals.
Closer instinct. You know how to finish them.
Comfortable in the room with a bank CEO. Not intimidated. Not over-dressed for it either. Clearly a senior presence.
Self Starter.
Enterprise B2B sales background in SaaS or consultancy, doesn't matter. What matters is you've sold complex deals to large organizations and you know how that game works.
HBO/WO education level. We care more about track record than diplomas.
Self-starter. Our assistant can help you stay organized, but you own your pipeline, nobody is going to babysit your actions.
The founders are active, and will be there to guide, help and set market strategy and pricing.
Events are part of the job
We exhibit at major industry events as a lean scale-up. That means you work the stand, but more importantly, you own the full cycle: prep, pre-event outreach, sharp conversations on the floor (planned and spontaneous) and disciplined follow-up after. This is where deals start. You make them count. At least one founder will be on the stand too, typically both.
Practicalities
Based in Amsterdam, 3 days/week in the office minimum.
Travel expected, varies by season and pipeline.
Competitive base salary + performance bonus.

We're a tight, well-run team. Security and privacy is in our DNA but we don't have pointless rules. We move fast, we're direct, and we like people who don't need hand-holding.
