About the Role
As part of the Regional Sales Director team (West, Central, East), you will be responsible for building, leading and executing the U.S. commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion in your region. This role oversees Regional Sales Managers and the broader field sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives, dealer network development, and revenue targets. For their territory, the Sales Director will define sales strategies, optimize dealer performance, expand market share, and strengthen key customer and partner relationships. This position requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, deep agricultural industry expertise, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing sales organization within a fast-growing Agtech company.

Preferred background and capabilities
Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
Agronomy related knowledge to weeding in field crops is a plus, existing contacts and relationships within the industry are a plus.
Prior Agriculture industry specific strategic planning and execution capabilities
Excellent sales negotiation and commercial decision-making skills
Operates with a high degree of independence, reliability, and initiative
Self-starter driven individual with systematic, goal-oriented working methods.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with clear & consistent communication
Technical computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced use and execution of CRM tools
Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen
