About the Role
The newly created role of Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing the U.S. commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion in your region. This role oversees Regional Sales Managers and the broader field sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives, dealer network development, and revenue targets.
For their territory, the Sales Director will define sales strategies, optimize dealer performance, expand market share, and strengthen key customer and partner relationships.
This position requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, deep agricultural industry expertise, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing sales organization within a fast-growing ag-tech company.

Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, excellent negotiation and commercial decision-making skills, high degree of independence, reliability, and initiative, driven individual with systematic, goal-oriented working methods, excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with clear & consistent communication, computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools, strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge in Agronomy related to weeding in field crops is a plus, existing contacts and relationships within the industry are a plus.
