Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a hybrid, full-time position based in Lisbon . This role focuses on outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and contributing to Bandora’s growth in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct structured outbound prospecting (phone as the main channel, followed by email and LinkedIn).
• Qualify leads rigorously and hand them over to Account Executives.
• Research and segment accounts based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Maintain accurate and disciplined activity records in HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SDR or in outbound sales (preferred).
• High comfort level with cold calling and prospecting routines.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English proficiency is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
