As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in turning Sweep into a high-growth company by driving pipeline creation, refining outbound strategies, and helping elevate the performance of the broader SDR team.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales development professional with a strong track record of exceeding targets, who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to open doors at enterprise level. You are highly organised, analytically sharp, and bring a consultative approach to every prospect interaction.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
As part of the Sales team and reporting to our SDR Manager, you will be a key driver of pipeline generation for the US market. You will own the top of funnel for strategic accounts, lead complex outbound motions, and act as a mentor and role model for more junior SDR team members.
To be more specific, this includes:
