We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team as a maternity leave cover, with the potential to transition into a permanent role depending on performance. As an SDR at Kloutit, your role will be key in shaping our Go-To-Market strategy, helping us refine our outreach, messaging, and market positioning based on your direct interactions with potential customers.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads according to company criteria.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
• Strong capability to manage and update all interaction records in the CRM.
• Meet monthly targets for scheduled meetings.

🛠️ Requirements

• Previous experience as an SDR or in sales (experience in SaaS is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales team.

• Experience in B2B sales processes.
• Background in fraud & finance departments.
