We bridge the gap between complex engineering needs and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Freelance Sales Representative based in the Netherlands. Your primary mission will be to act as the face of our brands, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships to drive growth in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Gen: Identify, research, and approach potential new B2B customers in the Dutch industrial sector.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients via phone and email.
Consultative Selling: Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions from the Norck and Baucor portfolios.
Deal Closing: Proactively follow up on leads and focus on converting opportunities into sales.
Coordination: Work closely with our internal engineering and sales teams to ensure project alignment.
