Your Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you support most stages of the customer journey, from generating interest to product delivery. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team and cross-functionally.

****KeyResponsibilities
Lead and optimize post-sales processes to ensure excellent customer service;
Support the sales team with customer follow-ups to help accelerate sales cycles;
Manage data entry and validation within the sales process, including purchase orders and delivery information;
Collaborate with production to organize orders and ensure on-time delivery;
Manage order shipments and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery schedules.
Support finance with invoice coordination;
Help prepare reports/KPIs on sales focused metrics;
Support on marketing activities, i.e. material and event requirements;
Maintain data accuracy and best practices in CRM and ERP systems;
Other related tasks.
Requirements
Technical or business education background;
2+ years of experience as a sales coordinator or equivalent;
Customer-centric with excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus;
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot and Odoo are a plus);
Proficient in MS Office and curious to work with new digital technologies;
Strong organization skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach;
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment;
