Identify and approach prospective retail clients, coordinate with clients to collect basic information and assist with follow-ups.
Understand customer pain points and coordinate with Product team to present solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos with confidence and clarity.
Support the sales cycle — including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and follow-up activities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product team to feedback client needs and trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales of IT solutions, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
Experience or understanding of the retail industry is a big plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude.
Good command in Thai and English proficiency.
