NABLA Mobility is an aviation technology start-up committed to driving industry decarbonization by improving operational efficiency. We “Weave” every piece in the stochastic flight operation by resolving the complexity of data. Our product Weave assists the flight operation team's decision-making, reducing cognitive workload. With this, they can achieve a new level of operational efficiency, while offloading cumbersome tasks to Weave, and retaining command of critical decision-making with reduced carbon emissions. Job Description
You will be responsible for and lead the new customer acquisition process from approach design to execution including relationship development and project materialization.
You will also be responsible for and lead the update of the business model and product features, and involvement of other market stakeholders based on any market feedbacks. You can also lead the execution of PoC projects with customers if you wish. (Recently, Asia and the Middle East)
Required Qualifications
・Business English Proficiency
Additionally, candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
・Enterprise sales of IT products
・Business consulting
・Solution sales at a system integrator (SIer)
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in enterprise solution sales for airlines
・Background in international sales
・Technical sales experience
・People who like to talk to people they meet for the first time
・Japanese language proficiency is a plus

Salary
6 to 8 million JPY or more per annum (*Final salary will be decided based on ability and experience)
Working Condition
・Working schedules in accordance with Japanese law
・Weekend off (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
・Paid vacations, Year-end, and New Year vacations, sick and bereavement leave available
・Completed enrollment in the Japanese Social Insurance System
・Visa support available (if needed)

・Occasional remote work is possible depending on the situation
・Use of office space with focus booths is available if desired
・No specific dress code, but appropriate casual/business casual attire is required for external communications, including videoconference
