Location: South India (Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hosur)

Reports To: CEO

• Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key Indian industries like automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business development plan tailored to the Indian market to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Sales Leadership : Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of machine vision products, customizing solutions to meet the specific needs of Indian clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, customer support) to align efforts and achieve business goals.
• Market Knowledge: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in India.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities for senior management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the machine vision or related technology sectors in India; strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
